Clayton LaFosse - Chief Operating Officer

Clayton has worked with the company as the COO and lead field supervisor since 2004. He has managed hundreds of projects in Lafayette's River Ranch, Baton Rouge's Rouzan, Materra & The Settlement at Willow Grove, and Youngsville's Sugar Mill Pond. Clayton's hands-on expertise, practical approach and genuine personability are invaluable to clients throughout every phase of the construction process.

Philip Stagg - Chief Financial Officer

Philip joined LaFosse Construction in 2007 as CFO and Business Manager. He has managed the contractual, accounting, and money management aspects of over a hundred construction projects. He works closely with homeowners and their financiers during construction to facilitate construction funding disbursements, as well as tracks mid-construction upgrade expenses for homeowners to ensure an easy and surprise-free closing.
